Over the past year I have been attempting to solve problems of efficiency and organisation within small companies.
The everyday operations of many businesses includes tasks such as creating quotations and invoices, tracking employee hours, and scheduling work.

I have streamlined these processes using Google Sheets & App Script, to automate component parts of each of these tasks.

Dashboard

The dashboard for this company provides an overview of staff information. The system takes data from employee timesheets and plots it into graphs.
The schedule on the left allows employees to be allocated work which is then fed into their timesheet, allowing them to keep track of their work.
An optional text notification is sent notifying them when their schedule is updated. This has made the tracking of wages and other expenses, and staff hours and work much more efficient.

Timesheets

Providing staff with online timesheets has lead to to reduced administration time for both employees and managers. The timesheets allow detailed recording of hours which can then be fed to the dashboard to be visualised, and processed to provide insights into the companies outgoing costs, or pulled directly into invoices which can be sent immediately to the customer.

Invoice & Quotation Generation

The creation of invoices and quotations can be a time consuming process. This system automates every aspect of the process possible, taking minimal inputs to produce quotes, invoices and other personalised client documents that can immediately be sent.
